Why am I ‘not allowed to edit posts in this post type’?

  I’m trying to upload a new post but am not being allowed to due to the message above. This has always worked before, although I haven’t written one for 6 months. What has changed and how do I upload my posts now if they have?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, I see a new post on the above WordPress.com website from December 10th, 2022. Were you able to resolve your issue?

  Hi Jennifer, no not really.It;s still happening. I’m wondering if it’s because I’m hotspotting from my phone rather than using normal wifi. I don;t have a choice about that because i live one a boat..

  Hi again, are you accessing your site via a browser or with the WordPress app? Let us know your set up, OS, browser, versions and suchlike. Are they up-to-date? Are you using any extensions that would block your access, such as an ad blocker?

  In case it’s the app, is it the latest version?
