Why am I not being allowed to follow this blog ?????

    I have tried to follow the blog Straight From the Horse’s Heart several/ many different ways -over a period of several weeks -all with no luck. I also just tried to post a comment on today’s blog & was told I could not post the comment. The blog administrator, RT Fitch tried to add me himself &* still I get no notifications etc. This is maddening . It should not be nearly this complicated to follow a blog, should it ??????

    Hi there. Can you please provide the URL of the blog in question, as it’s impossible for Volunteers or staff to try and figure out the problem if we cannot see the actual blog. Thanks.

    Use an RSS reader. That always works.

    Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies at any point since you started having this trouble? Please try that and then log back in and see if you can comment/follow. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

    Also, have you perhaps tried following him/commenting while using a different browser?

    An RSS reader is a program that can interpret a blog’s RSS feed. The WP.com Reader is one, but as Raincoaster suggested you might use a different reader to follow this blog. I’m afraid I can’t make any suggestions as I have little experience with them, but you can try searching for one online or in your phone’s app store, depending on which device you use for reading blogs.
