Why am I not eligible for WordAds d when I have paid you to register my domain?
-
I wish to try WordAds for thelochsidepress.com but am told it does not have a custom domain; this screen invites me to ‘sign up for a custom domain’ but when I try it tells me: “this domain has already been mapped to a wordpress.com blog’. This is very frustrating and I’m wondering why I paid an an annual fee for a domain which dodesn’t seem to work; transferring content to Bogger and using adsense seems preferable.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you trying to sign up for WordAds on http://thelochsidepress.com/ or a different blog?

Hello, timethief. :)
bigfeller, make sure that you are both logged in as bigfeller when you attempt to apply, and that your browser has third-party cookies enabled: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

Sorry for delay macmanx; I’m using Firefox, cookies should be enabled by default and yes, am logging in as bigfeller.

It looks like we already got an application for that domain two months ago.
Our advertising partners do have a minimum traffic threshold. Looking at your page views, it’s not possible to earn meaningful earnings given your traffic levels. A site generally needs thousands of page views each month to earn meaningful earnings. As your traffic grows we will continue to apply to get ads activated.
For now, I recommend reading this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-more-views-and-traffic/
I want to strongly emphasize sharing your blog with your friends and family. If they like it, they’ll share it with their friends, and so on.
