Why am I not getting email notifications?

I have a private blog with 3 friends. All of us can post, but none of us are getting email notifications when something new has been posted. How can I fix this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Did you ever get email notifications? Have you checked your email spam folders? yes with three different email address a bit of a long shot.
Do you see your names listed as subscribers? On your Stats page – Total Followers &&

No, never got email notifications. We migrated this over from Posterous.
But yes, checked spam and no problems there.
I checked the Stats page as you suggested….but I don’t see anything that says “Subscribers” or a list of users. Should I?

Normally others help with this part – but
At the top of your stats page – right side – click on “Screen Options” – make sure “Totals, Followers….” is checked
When you subscribed did you also click on the link in the email you should have gotten to confirm you want to subscribe to the blog –
Are you using the “Subscribe by Email” Widget in a sidebar?
Just inviting someone into a blog will not also subscribe them to any email notifications – they also need to subscribe

Yes to all of the above. What’s odd is that I am not even getting email notifications that I have posted a new item! I’ve used WordPress.com in the past and I always received an email to confirm that my post uploaded.

Don’t have any other ideas – I did flag this for the staff to help
The confirm that a Post was published email you need to set up – which would be using the Subscribe Widget you need to subscribe to your own blog – the default is for the Admin not to be sent notifications when a Post is Published

I have, but on another blog. The private blog I’m asking about is new (migrated from Posterous), and no, never received a notification email on this site.

Oh, I see what you mean! :)
Folks can’t subscribe to a Private blog via email, which is why you aren’t receiving new post emails.

Even if I’m the one posting onto the site? On other blogs, I’ve received an email immediately after posting, simply as a confirmation that it uploaded.
If this isn’t doable on a private blog (shared by 3 admins), what steps can we take to get an email each time a new post is uploaded?

What you’re receiving on the other blog are simply email subscriptions. We don’t have anything that just emails you automatically when you post besides those.
For this blog, have them click “Follow” in the admin bar up top. Then, they can adjust the emails they receive at http://wordpress.com/#!/read/edit/
I’m sorry, my answer was off a bit earlier. They can follow the blog then set it to email as long as they are users on the blog.
