Why am I not getting "Home" as a choice for a "Static Page"?
-
1. Getting a message: “404.Page Not Found. Click on search and Home?? page comes up.
2. Trying to create a “Homepage”. When I get to: “Set the Front page to “Home” and the Posts page to “blog” I don’t have “home” as a choice for Front page.I have select or blog. What’s up?

By default, the front page of your blog is configured to display your latest posts. If you have not published any posts, then the front page of your blog will display a 404 – Not Found Error (or something similar, depending on the theme).
Please review this guide to learn more about the ‘404 Page Not Found’ error message.

Ok got it working. I was not clicking on “publish” after creating new page “home”.
So my goal is to set up a blog similiar to “shebicycles”. Can you point me in a direction that will talk about getting all photo uploads to be the same crop size. Also my “home” page now has one image showing up twice. Why would this be?
Thanks, your part of a great team and a great team is needed to get blogs to be what the blogger wants them to be.
