Why am I not getting notifications?

I am not receiving any of my notifications of likes or comments or follows. My stats page is saying that I do not have any views. I know that I do because I tested it out by logging onto my other wordpress account and liking one of my posts on this account. I never received a notification about it and it is not coming up. I thought it was weird because I used to get likes and follows and one day, it just stopped. I’m not sure what to do to fix the problem. Thanks!

Please confirm your email address settings first.
You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.
Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.
Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.
Try changing it at http://wordpress.com/#!/settings/ first.
If that doesn’t work, try Users -> Personal Settings in your blog’s Dashboard.

Note: After the change you will receive an confirmation email. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail filter in your email client, if you cannot locate it.

Go to your notifications page http://wordpress.com/#!/notifications/
Scroll down to “likes” and click the link.Do be aware the likes and shares are not pages view stats.
Likes and shares are misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can “like” and “share” your posts in several locations such as in email and the Reader without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat.
