Why am I not receiving email change confirmation email?

  Hi,

  I’m trying to change the email address on my account.
  I type in the new email and I get a message saying to check my email account for the confirmation email however that confirmation email never arrives. It’s been 3 days now since I sent.
  I just tried again and still nothing.
  Anyone know why?

  Please check your email client spam/junk mail filter.

  Would you please try saving the change again, then check your email’s spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox?
