Why am I not receiving email notifications of comments on blogs I've posted?

I am not receiving email notifications when comments are made on my posts.Emails not getting through. And some people say they have to enter a password. Is this necessary?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Gail,
Regarding passwords, if someone attempts to comment using an e-mail address that is associated to a WordPress.com account, we do ask them to log into their account, if they weren’t already, to prevent someone from impersonating a WordPress.com user. Could this be what your users are reporting?
With the e-mails, just confirming that your e-mail address on Settings->General ( link: https://seeinguthrough.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php ) is correct, right? Also, you’ve checked your spam/junk filters and, if you’re using Gmail, checked the “Social” tab?
If so, please do confirm and I’ll pull the logs. Your Settings->Discussion options are set as expected for you to receive notifications.
Thanks for using WordPress.com. Please let me know if you need anything else too!
