Why am I not receiving my email verification link?

When I go to log into my account it says an invalid password. So, I keep sending the confirmation link to my email account in order to log in and haven’t received anything. My account is ososleepy.com

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, ososleepy.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/

I deleted the other account because I believe my school was blocking emails from wordpress. Thanks anyway.

the username is “fairypin” you can also try “thefairypin” which is also something that I already tried.
Nevertheless, I created a new account with new username. Not sure what was going on before. Thanks for the help.

Okay, there are a couple things going on here.
The account you are posting from is the owner of the blog that you mentioned originally:
https://fairypin.wordpress.com/
There is another WordPress.com site called:
https://thefairypin.wordpress.com/
…that is owned by another WordPress.com user account. And associated with that account is a Jetpack connected self-hosted WordPress.org site:
Which of the three sites are you trying to access?

I am not receiving my email verification so that I can publish a post.
I have a gmail account and have checked all filters/spam folders.
To check if my gmail email was working I added a recovery email address to my wordpress account and wordpress notified me on my gmail account?
I just need the email verification to get through? Can someone help?
(I have also tried changing my primary address and it won’t let me)
