    I made no other purchases or upgrades besides the basic package. Why am I only being refunded $42 of $60 (less than one day since purchase)?

    While you wait for a staff to respond, my wild guess is that you got a free domain as part of your 1-year purchase… but you chose to keep the domain when you cancelled the order. As a result, the cost of the domain $18 for .com domains) was billed to you.

    is mostly correct. You used your free domain for the first year to transfer in the domain jheiden.com. Because of this, the amount for the domain was not automatically refunded to avoid loss of the domain if it was mid-transfer.

    Pulling up that domain in our system, it doesn’t look like you initiated the transfer from your current domain registrar, so we can go ahead and refund that as well. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
