Why am I only gettin 11 months on my domain name when I purchased 12?
-
The domain name I purchased today should be good for one year, and not expire until March 18, but my upgrades page says it will expire in eleven months on February 16. Why is that? How do I get my twelfth month credited back to me?

Hi there,
I’m sorry the wording is probably a bit confusing. On your Store > My Upgrades page it says that your upgrade will be renewed automatically in 11 months. When you enable automatic renewal we renew it one month in advance in case there are any issues with the credit card, bank, etc. This will allow enough time to get a new card or whatever is necessary for the renewal. We do this because once the domain expires, it goes through a very long and complicated process that can be quite expensive to redeem again – sometimes it may even be bought during this time and we would be unable to bring it back for you.
Please note even if we renew the domain one month early, that does not mean you miss out for that month. The expiration date will still be March of 2015, not February.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Thanks for clearing that up form me. It makes perfect sense now that you have explained it.
