Why am I only partially refunded?

    I purchased the starter pack annual subscription $60 on June 26 and I cancelled today June 30. The refund was only $47.25 out of the $60. Why was I not fully refunded? Isn’t this purchase refundable within 14 days of purchase?

    Hello!

    You are no longer eligible for a full refund because you canceled the upgrade where you used the free domain credit. New domain registrations must be canceled within 96 hours to receive a refund and since the cancellation was outside that refund window, the domain registration cost was retained.
