Why am I receiving an error code when accessing my site on a mobile device?

  When I try to access my mobile site, I receive an error code that states “the requested URL/ad_source.php was not found on this server. That’s all we know :)”
  I have multiple people who have received the same message on their phones.
  I tried changing my settings to activate the mobile theme, but this didn’t help. What do I need to do to fix this?
