why am i receiving just 47 pounds refund

  why do i only receive a partial refund, u said i had 30 days to cancel, should

  receive full amount 70 pounds

  Hi Shawna,

  That’s a relief! I had paid for a domain separately for the year already (expires Aug 2015) so didn’t need that bundle in hindsight, but I will be purchasing other items soon i’m sure. Love what you do!

  I’m happy to help! When you purchased the Premium plan, it automatically renewed your existing domain for an additional year, hence not refunding that portion of the plan.

  So, your domain is all set through September 2016. Consider the extra year on the house. :)
