why am I still getting emails

I clearly disabled all emails from blogs I am subscribed too, yet I am still getting emails?? WHY???!!!
Also, I am subscribed to over 3000 blogs and have no ability to un-subscribe to all????

After checking the logs for the email address currently linked to your account, I didn’t find any recent emails sent from our servers for the blogs you’re subscribed to. Additionally, it appears that you’ve set up a block on all emails from WordPress.com, which might be preventing notifications for this post from reaching your email. Unfortunately, there isn’t a “bulk delete” option for subscriptions available at the moment.
If you’re still receiving emails and would like further assistance, please share the email address to which those subscriptions are going (this information will only be visible to Staff). This will help us investigate the issue more thoroughly.
