Why am I still seeing ads on my blog?
-
I paid the $30 yearly fee so I wouldn’t see ads on my blog, but they are still there. What’s up? This is frustrating and can’t find a live person to talk to.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There are no text link ads and there are no pop-up ads placed by WordPress.com. Then can however appear to you as the result of a browser add-on or toolbar or downloading anything that has adware embedded into it.
All WordPress.com placed ads are easy to identify as this link accompanies them http://en.wordpress.com/about-these-ads/
Any other ads you see are not placed on the blog by WordPress.com. They are coming from a browser extension or toolbar. These sites have further explanation and suggestions for eliminating the ads: http://www.littletechiethings.com/2012/06/how-to-remove-ads-not-by-this-site.html http://blog.wikimedia.org/2012/05/14/ads-on-wikipedia-your-computer-infected-malware/ http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/09/14/bloggers-beware-of-adware/
If you use the information at the sites I linked to and still see ads please post screenshot http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ Upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it. Then type modlook into the sidebar.
This is frustrating and can’t find a live person to talk to.
We are all living beings. There’s not a zombie or robot among us.

At present, you do not have the No Ads Upgrade.
Since you have already purchased the Custom Design and Domain Upgrades, I recommend purchasing the WordPress.com Premium Plan if you are still interested in removing ads from your site, as it will be more cost-effective.
WordPress.com Premium includes the following Upgrades and is $99 a year:
– Domain Name & Mapping
– Space Upgrade
– No Ads
– Custom Design
– VideoPressYou can read more about each feature here:

Let me know if you have any more questions.
