Why am I unable to log into my site?

    Every time I enter my username and password, it says that my password is incorrect. I’ve tried creating a new password, but I never receive an email with the link. I know my password and username are correct, because I copy and paste them. My IT guy is having no issues accessing my site, so why am I encountering this issue? I’ve tried using a different web-browser, without any luck. Not exactly sure what’s going on…

    Can you check your spam folder for that email? Sometimes they get stuck there.

    Please also try clearing your browser cache and cookies, in case the login trouble is a browser issue.
