Why am I unable to publish blogs?

I’m accessing my profile to write blogs yet am unable to publish anything. I’ve been told my account has been closed down but not sure why or if it is true.

Your blog is suspended. You need to just fill out the form here Suspended Blogs
Nothing can be done on the Public forums, one’s you fill the form, someone from the staff will get in touch with you. Please be patient with them. -
