Why am I unable to set a permanent title/name for my post page?

  Any help with this appreciated.

  I have set a static page for my front page which is fine. The problem is with now trying to properly set up a post page where blog posts can default to.

  How do you successfully input a header – something like the word ‘Blog’ so people will know straight away it’s a blog page?

  I set up a new page and inserted the title: ‘Blog’. Yet as soon as an actual blog is posted the title disappears.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
