Why are ads appearing on my blog after I paid for the "No Ads" feature?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t see any ads at http://quinnlook.wordpress.com/
Would you please take a screenshot of the ads you’re seeing and upload it via Media -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard so we can take a look?
Here’s how to make a screenshot:
Please note that it’s possible for ads to appear in your browser that were *not* placed there by WordPress.com. These ads are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser.
These sites have further explanation and suggestions for eliminating the ads:

Thank you for your reply. The ads and links have been showing up intermittently, and it makes sense that a browser extension or toolbar is responsible. I'll investigate and let you know if there still is a problem after that.
Thanks again,
