Why are ads appearing on my website even though I have paid for the upgrade?

  I paid for an upgrade to remove ads for my website. The ads were removed, but now they are appearing again.

  I paid for an upgrade to remove ads from my website. They were remove for a while, but the ads are appearing again now. How do I get these ads removed for good?
