Why are ads appearing on Premium Plan blogs?

  Hi….I recently upgraded my blog (izabelgoulartdotco/wordpress.com) to the Premium Plan but I’m still having ads appearing. I thought the No-Ads upgrade was included. Is this a temporary issue, or could it be resolved, please?

  I took a look and the ads are disabled on your blog. Where do you exactly see these ads?

  Otherwise please try clearing out your browser cache.
