Why are ads running on my sites with Upgrade for No Ads purchased?

  Hi…I have paid for the Upgrade for No Ads on my Red’s Rants and Raves and The Old Woman Slow’s Photos blogs, but I just found out ads have been being displayed on both of my sites regularly for a long period of time. Can you please see why the ads are running? I signed up to be willing to sell ad space on my blogs at some point when you advertised it, but no one ever responded about being paid for my blogs. I have been with you for over three years and have three active and two inactive blog sites so I am a Happy Customer – but I don’t appreciate this ad business when I’ve padi for Upgrade.

  Hi there,

  I took a look at WordPress.com records for your sites Red’s Rants and Raves and The Old Woman Slow’s Photos.

  Both of these sites have custom domains and a custom design upgrade, but they don’t have No Ads upgrades. (Please note that each upgrade applies to only the blog it was purchased for, so a No Ads upgrade on one blog won’t apply to your other blogs.) If you’d like to remove ads from those sites entirely, you can go to the Store page in their dashboards to purchase No Ads there.

  My bad then…I thought when I looked at my Upgrades I’d bought the No Ads Upgrades…I will check again…thanks so much!
