Why are ads still appearing on my blog?

  Ads are still appearing on my website even after my upgrade

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have paid for the upgrade to remove ads and they are still appearing on my blog. Can you please remove ads from my blog?

  Hi there,

  I can confirm that the “No Ads” upgrade is running on your site as it should, and when I visit your site, either when logged into WordPress.com or when visiting as a non-wp user. So far I have seen no ads on your site.

  That definitely doesn’t sound normal that you can see them though – Can you tell me where you are seeing these ads a? Perhaps you can send me a screenshot so I can better understand the issue?  

  You can upload the screenshot to your site’s media library ant then past a link to the uploaded file here so I can take a look.
