Why are all my Alt texts showing up as the URL Link?

  The site in mind is https://joulesproductions.co.uk and i am referring to all images on the first page.
  I have been doing a load of alt text implementation in WP and oddly I am unable to view the text implements when inspecting them. Both Alt and title are incorrect and should be showing what I have written and not the image link – it should show up a load of text. I have been editing alt and description within the “media” plugin images.
