Why are all my credit card fields coming up as invalid?

The system is not letting me register an upgraded domain name. It gives me an error message saying that my credit card fields are invalid. I’ve tried 3 different cards.

Below are the only accepted means of payment.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Note: You can buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country or pay in Bitcoin.
In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.
The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

Thanks for your quick reply. I’m in Canada, and have never had any issues upgrading before. I’m using a major credit card… it tells me all of the fields are invalid. Is it possible the systems are down right now?

I have a Visa credit card and I live in the USA, it still tells me that all the fields are invalid :(

Hi there!
Sorry about the trouble you’re having. I’m not seeing any errors on our end that may be preventing you from using your credit cards. Can you please check with your issuing banks to clear up any issues your cards might be having? Also make sure to enter the information exactly as they appear on the card and you’re within your credit limit. If that’s still not possible, let me know which upgrades you’d like to purchase so I can bill you manually. Thank you!
