Why are all my images blank

  Dear Support Staff
  I tried to resolve this via the forums – see thread here
  https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/image-blank-in-post-and-media-library?replies=16

  All of the images in my media library are blank as are any new posts I try to create.
  Please help me resolve this (I appear not to be the only one experiencing problems)

  Can you please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies?

  I cleared cookies and cache the first time I encountered problems as recommended on the Forums and it restored pics for a few hours. But doing it subsequently in Safari and then Firefox or Chrome when they didn’t show up there has had no effect.

  I published a new post today and although I can’t see any of the images on the home page or in my media library none of the people who follow my blog have reported problems. It looks ok on my husbands Mac which is newer than mine so I really can’t work it out.

  Would you mind temporarily disabling any firewall or third-party security software to see if that’s getting in the way?

  I don’t have anything installed (have a mac).
