Why are all my media files "blank"?

  My media files are “empty”. When I load them they are all broken links. In the Add Media area all the cells are empty. Blank squares. If I touch one I get the file name, but no image.
  I have shut down and restared, but no change.

  I’m seeing everything as loading properly now.

  Yes, today things were fixed. No idea what the problem stemmed from, but I’m glad it’s resolved.
