Why are ALL of my previous and new external links disappeared?

    Hi ! I have been on WordPress for 3 years and pay for hosting through site ground . I just recently noticed all of my external links leave a huge GAP in my blog posts . The blank space allows you to click and go to the link but the words disappear where it should prompt you to link external url! PLEASE HELP!
