Why are BLOGS I FOLLOW and e-mail cancellations so indirect and unintuitiv?

  Why is it sometimes so hard to “unfollow” ?
  In this respect, cancellation of e-mail comments should be made easier and direct.
  The edit-function of the “BLOGS/FOLLOW” is most inconvenient!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
