Why are comments not showing up in the wordpress.com reader?

    For some reason, when anyone reads my blog using the WordPress.com reader, the comments simply do not show up.

    I have comments ON on all my posts, and I can comment from the site itself. However, from the wordpress.com reader, and from the wordpress mobile app, comments do not show up. Likes do.

    What could cause this problem? Any ideas?
