Why are comments not showing up on my blog even after I got notification emails?

I have received comment notification emails but no comments show up on any blog posts, nor are they in my “Comments” section for moderation/viewing.
What is wrong?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Can you give me an example of a comment you received? What post was it left on? What did the comment say?

I notice that you had a page with the same name that you deleted. Could this comment have been left on the page and not on the post? What is the link in the email?

There are also new follows and likes that don’t show up in my notifications but I get the email notification.
Here is another comment that does not show up on the blog…

That email is notifying you of a submission to your contact form at the end of the post here:
It looks like your readers may be confusing the contact form for the comment box below it. Maybe try removing the contact form from the bottom of your posts.
