Why are CSS changes not showing on blog?

  Hi, just upgraded & trying to make CSS revisions. So far, only had success once or twice. Then, no changes I make & save in my CSS editor show up on my blog.

  I thought I understood the basics, been researching but still not having any luck.

  Right now, specifically, trying to change font size & color in my site description. Shows up as preview, I click ‘Save’…but I’m gettin’ nothin’…

  Help, please?

  What actual code are you using? Paste it here between CODE tags so we can analyze it.
