Why are efforts to purchase the premium WordPress not succeeding ?

  I am a first timer at blogging. I wanted to start by buying the premium WordPress for $99.00. I have tried to use my two different MasterCard without success. First ,I hope that my account has not been debited with the unsuccessful payment trials ? Second, how do make this payment, the cards are surely mine ?

  what is the exact problem you are facing? Buying an upgrade is like anything else you buy online using credit card.

  I have tried to use my two credit cards MasterCard to buy, but it kept rejecting the transaction. Could it be because I am purchasing from Nigeria?

  Yes That’s exactly what the issue is.

  If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Note: You can buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country or pay in Bitcoin.
