Why are emails coming in weird now? See pics

    When someone would send me an email from my website it would be standard and has looked the same for decades. Now within the last month, my emails are coming in weirdly boxed. How can I fix this and change it back?

    This is how they used to come in, using up the full space.

    Now they are coming in like this almost like an imported image, small and condensed. Why?

    As you are using the webversion of Gmail this is probably due to some glitch of Gmail or is caused by a recent brower update.

    I am not sure if that is the case, because I think I remember this happening once before when WP made an update. This similar thing happened and I started a topic years back and then went into my account and I believe switched something back. This is all a vague memory and I don’t remember exactly what they did. It was an update of some sorts and it shifted my account into an update form I believe. It was something like that.

    So, WP tech support, please let me know if this can be resolved on your end. Thank you.

    Hi there, are you referring to this earlier forum thread? Is this the same order form on your site that is involved? When did you notice the change to your emails?

    I’m not entirely sure if this is relevant, but in the last few months, WordPress.com switched our dashboards from the Default/Calypso dashboard to the more classic WP Admin. Is it possible that the timeline in your emails matches the switch in dashboards?

    Hi @justjennifer, yes it is very possible this has affected it and it seems to be around the same time. Whenever WP makes changes or updates, I seem to see it and notice it in different and odd ways such as how I recieve emails or how they come in looking differently.

    How can I adjust thing back just to see if this is the cause?
