Why are emails not being sent when I publish a post?

When I publish a post, its not being emailed to the people who have requested an email. I just published a post and I didn’t get the usual email I should get. My colleagues are also not getting emailed when I publish a post. It used to get sent out but the last few haven’t. Does anyone know what has changed? Or how I can change it back?

I’ve tried them but its still not working. It turns out my posts are going to wordpress followers, just not the email followers. That’s what’s I’m really trying to work out. Do you know how to fix that?
