Why are followers of BloomsburySquares not receiving emails of posts?

  Followers are not receiving emails when the administrator posts on the site, even though we have checked all the issues highlighted in your Troubleshooting list.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I’m happy to help you troubleshoot this issue. Are you referring to http://bloomsburysquares.wordpress.com/? If so, it doesn’t look like there have been any posts since 2/4/14. That most recent post looks like it was emailed out to everyone on that date. Can you let me know if that is the blog you’re referring to?

  Yes, it is that blog – if the emails were sent out from that post, none of them arrived. We have checked spam and settings as recommended in your troubleshooting notes.
  Also, I had previously subscribed to receive updates, but when I went in to check what was happening, I found that my name was no longer there.
