Why are images not displaying correctly in my posts?

I’ve changed themes, to 20/20 customized. I now find that images in existing posts appear only extremely small (1-2mm) although they appear correctly in edit mode. Trying to insert new images into new posts gives the same problem. At first I was able to manually enlarge the tiny pictures to the required physical size, but now that does not work either. Pictures when enlarged become very very ‘out of focus.’ Adding an image widget does not work either – same result. And the image editor does not seem to work: it won’t crop or resize. Hope you can help, please.

Many thanks for fixing my pictures so promptly. Excellent service! However, I’m sorry to be a pain but there’s still a bit of a problem. I wanted to finish inserting images (the top four in the image library) into the latest post. When I click Insert media the gallery that comes up still shows the pics very tiny, as the existing ones in early posts were, and they get inserted like that. The same is also still true of the blue book cover I wanted to insert as an image widget along the bottom of the page (although it does work as a link). Are you able to fix these issues, please?

Can you try inserting the images in full size not Medium? Let me know how that works out.
As for the image widget at the bottom of the page, I see that the link is to an image that is no longer in your Media > Library page:
It looks like that was deleted. Can you please add an image that is currently in your Library?
Then it should all be set! If you have any questions along the way feel free to reach out!
