Why are images on our blog appearing smaller than they should be?

Some images on our blog “Hatch Retirement” are appearing smaller than they should. Example: An image that shows 680×455 in the editor, is actually presented at 450×301 on the site. This occurred out of the blue…???

Our site is used as a static website with not many pages. Below are the pages/posts that have issues.

This appears to be part of a larger issue.
I have run a fixer script on your blog. Did that make any difference?
