Why are links stripped from blog post summaries?
-
When I write a blog post with links in it it seems that the summary displayed on the front page removes the links and just displays the text.
Is it possible to turn this off so that the links are visible without the user having to ‘read more’ and then click the link?

Can we get a link to your blog, starting with http? The answer depends on things we have to see.

Hi raincoaster, thanks for looking into this.
Our blog is on http://www.quick.tv/blog/index.php/page/2/
As you can see the posts are all just plain text. But if you click on one eg http://www.quick.tv/blog/index.php/2008/10/09/quicktv-in-the-press/ it has several links.
Thanks again

Afraid we won’t be able to help you. There are two types of WordPress: .COM, which is here, and .ORG, which is supported over at WordPress.org. You need to be over there.

My apologies, I had a browser window open on both sites and clicked the forum link in the ‘wrong’ one.
Sorry again and thanks
