Why are my blogs back to basic?
-
Hello- My blogs show as basic and not premium when I paid for premium for both, plus the SEO tool is turned off. It started happening a couple weeks ago.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Adrienne,
After looking into your account, I found that WordPress.com Premium was not added to any of your blogs:
adriennehester.wordpress.com (custom domain: adriennehester.com)
and
2girlsconsulting.wordpress.com (custom domain: 2girlsconsulting.com) -> This site also has a No Ads upgrade
If you would like to add WordPress.com Premium please check out Store in your Dashboard.
As for the SEO tool, we do not have a SEO tool at WordPress.com. Do you have another site on WordPress.org? To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. At WordPress.com, we provide hosting, support, and tons of features for blogs. Users also have the option to purchase a variety of upgrades to customize the look and feel of their blog. WordPress.org is a software for self-hosted sites. With WordPress.org, users are provided access to all backend files and can upload custom themes and plugins.

Hi Grace- thank you for the quick response. I was confused on premium and no ads. Thank you for clarifying. The SEO question pertains to keywords/tags automatically being linkable when I would add a new post. Now, I have to come up with tags. Also, there used to be other posts and images by other bloggers that would appear on the right bottom under tags suggestions and it no longer appears either. How do I get that functionality back?

Hi Adrienne,
Please note that those features were a part of our integration with Zemanta. Unfortunately that was removed on January 2nd, 2014. You can find more information about alternatives here:
