Why are my blogs not appearing in the selected categories in Reader?

    My posts do not appear in the selected categories in Reader.
    They will only appear if I reblog or ping.
    I just blogged a few minutes ago, Parliament for Everyone and it does not appear in reader either.
    Can you help?
