why are my child pages not showing up?

I cant make child pages. I created a page, made it’s parent and published it. It does not show up on my page. when I click view page, it shows up as a seperate page, and is not listed on the home page
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Not all themes provide dropdowns to sub-pages natively. However if you create a custom menu you can resolve this issue.
