Why are my events not showing on my Eventbrite theme pages?

My Eventbrite theme is not displaying my listed events on my calendar page, featured events page or events list page.

I am having the same problem

it has been working fine and then over the weekend stopped working

Timetheif, the descriptions page does not troubleshoot this issue from what I can see. The problem is that my wordpress theme was syncing perfectly with my eventbrite account, displaying all the correct information for weeks and then suddenly dropped out.
I need to know how to re-establish the connection.

@melschade – I see your events listed there now. Did this fix itself?

@erikdohnberg – It looks like you switched your theme.
We’ve had reports of this, and we’re working with EventBrite to find out why it’s happening. I’ve passed your EB account names along to them to let them know you are also having this problem with your accounts, and I’ll keep you updated with any additional information.

Eurello – I have checked from a few different computers and I am still not seeing any of my events display on my wordpress.

Hi @melschade – I don’t see them either now. They were displaying for me yesterday. I’ve emailed EB the details, and I’ll keep in touch with what I hear from them.

Hi All I tried the eventbrite widget on my blog http://rogerjbennett.wordpress.com/ and it works so I think there is something not connecting with the eventbrite theme I guess we need to find out what has changed over the past week with the both systems and get it fixed.

Thanks rogben73, I found the same thing but haven’t kept the widget on my page.
I also found that my calendar would every so often display my events and then drop out. The feature events and events list have not worked at all.
I am at a loss as to what to do about this issue besides wait and see if someone can fix it for me. In the meantime I have disabled the link between Eventbrite and my wordpress theme and have been directing people directly to my Eventbrite page to avoid confusion about the events I’m running.
A fix for this as soon as possible would be amazing. My income is kind of relying on it! Please!!

The issue I’m having with this theme is that the same event keeps showing multiple times with the same date instead of showing the various dates. And on the calendar an event would appear multiple times causing the calendar to stretch. I can’t figure out a fix.

@cashtatum – This was the initial problem I was having. I was told it was due to having repeating events as well as listings with multiple times on the same day. To quote Eventbrite customer support (who have been BRILLIANT) “Each instance of each event is identified separately on the calendar and events lists…when WordPress pulls from our API it identifies each date in a repeating event as a different ‘item’.”
Nothing from my Eventbrite displays on WordPress now. I’m told that engineering at Eventbrite is on it. We shall see!
