Why are my feedbacks/contact forms not working?

  I added a contact form on my website at http://stylebykelly.com/vip/ and once the information is put into the form and submit is hit, I get a page that says “Are you sure you want to do this?” but there is no way to answer the question. It appears that no forms are going through.

  I’m using Safari on OS X Lion.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, I just tested the contact form on this page: http://stylebykelly.com/vip/ (as Jenia – Happiness Engineer) and I received the confirmation message “Your responses were successfully submitted. Thank you!” I tested using Safari 6.0.2. Are you still having trouble with your Jetpack contact form, or has it been resolved for you?

  I apologize. After I submitted the request, I installed a third-party form plugin that seemed to work better overall anyway. The Jetpack one wasn’t working properly, but it’s no longer an issue for me.

  The Avada Theme has a few issues with WP 3.5 at this point anyway as it seems. I’ll probably chalk it up to the theme and continue to use the plugin.
