Why are my Flickr links not showing up as photos in my posts?

    On the WordPress website, it says “You can also embed your Flickr images in your WordPress.com blog. To do this, select one of your Flickr images, click the “More ways to share” icon, select “Grab the link” and copy the link. Then, simply paste that link on its own line in a post or page in your WordPress.com blog and your image will appear, linked to your Flickr image.”
    I did this for my first blog post and it worked. I edited the post a little, and suddenly the photo links only appear as links. I’ve tried reposting the content but they always just show up as links and not photos. Once in a while, they’ll mysteriously appear as photos in the post preview and go back to being links when I actually publish it.
    Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong here?

    I am also having this issue. Despite following the above instructions and ensuring they show as photos when I first publish they all now show as links.

    Whenever posting to the forums, please give us a direct link to the post you are having trouble with, starting with http:// to make it clickable.

    I am having the same problem. The Paste URL section never brings the photo.

    I am trying to come over from Blogger, but this issue is stopping me from making the move.
