Why are my followers getting multiple notifications for each of my new posts?

    On my fabulousfitfood blog a follower commented that every time I have a new post they get 4 emails notifying them of the new post. They are annoyed (as I would be) and no longer want to follow my blog, Please let me know what is going on – really trying to build following and this is not helping!
