Why are my followers no longer getting notofications of new posts?

Hi,
Apparently my regular WordPress followers and email followers stopped getting notifications of new posts to my blog starting yesterday June 4th. In addition, my blog no longer shows up in their Reader. I have contacted several people who I know for a fact receive either an email notification or have my new blog posts show up in their Reader and they definitely are not seeing the new post.
The one ‘Like’ and the five comments my post from yesterday did eventually receive, were from people who viewed the blog manually either from a bookmark or a Favorite and not from a notification.

Would you be able to give me a few usernames and/or email addresses of the people having problems getting notifications? I’d be able to check to see if the system sent out a notification to those users.
In addition, there are a few items listed here that they should check:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/reader/#troubleshootingThey might have changed their notification settings or blocked getting email notifications from WordPress.com altogether, so that would be another thing they can check.
