Why are my followers not being notified of my new posts?

  My blog is pepperhawk.wordpress.com

  The auto send to my followers through email and WordPress is not being done. I don’t even receive a message from WordPress that I have a new article posted. I am losing my readers because they are not being notified of my posts. Please fix this problem asap.

  Please confirm your settings are correct here > Settings > Discussion
  Also confirm the correct email addresses are entered at
  the Settings tab on the WordPress.com home page, and
  Users -> Personal Settings in your dashboard
  Also note this please > http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/#what-if-the-emails-arent-getting-through
  I’ll flag this thread for Staff attention.

  I have confirmed my settings. I have not changed them since I started blogging on WordPress last August 2011.

  I see this in my settings: You requested to subscribe by email to this blog.

  We care about your inbox, so we want to confirm this request. Please click the confirm button to activate the subscription.

  I confirmed that a long time ago. I see no confirmation button so am I right to conclude that “save” is the confirm?

  If so I saved that setting from the beginning of starting my blog.

  Something else must be wrong. My followers and I were receiving email updates until July 21, 2012. Everything was working right before that date.
