Why are my followers not getting emails when I publish a blog post any more?

    I have a couple of blogs on wordpress under the same login. On one that I haven’t used in about a year, my followers didn’t get an email when I wrote a new post (it did publish to Facebook and Twitter though). However, on my other blog, followers still get an email whenever I have a new post. Does it have to do with one being designated as my primary blog? Is there a way to fix it where BOTH blogs will send the email notifications? Thanks!

    Hi Tom –

    Can you please ask those subscribers to check these common reasons why they might not have gotten it?

    If none of those are the reason, can you please link me directly to a post they didn’t get an update for and also provide one or two email addresses that didn’t get it (they’ll be automatically redacted in the public forum, but I’ll be able to see them)? That way, I can check our logs.
